Basketball Recap: Chilhowee Takes a Loss

Chilhowee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 75-34 loss at the hands of the Climax Springs Cougars. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Chilhowee's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Climax Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Coming up, Chilhowee will head out on the road to challenge Kingsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Climax Springs, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars challenge the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
