Basketball Game Preview: Granger Lions vs. Milano Eagles

Granger and Milano are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Granger Lions will be playing at home against the Milano Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Granger is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Last Tuesday, everything went Granger's way against Bartlett as Granger made off with a 53-30 win. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Milano's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 39-21 bruising from Thorndale.

Milano now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Granger, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4.

Granger came up short against Milano when the teams last played back in January, falling 48-36. Can Granger avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
