Baseball Game Preview: Bishop Snyder Cardinals vs. Bozeman Bucks

For the second straight game, Bishop Snyder will face off against Bozeman. The Cardinals will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Bucks at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Bishop Snyder 3.6, Bozeman 3.3) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Bishop Snyder heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Monday. They fell just short of Bozeman by a score of 2-0. Considering the last time the Cardinals couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Cody Boshell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on two hits and racked up 11 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Bishop Snyder saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tanner Upton, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.
