McDonogh dropped down to 4-2 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Mount de Sales Academy Sailors by a score of 7-5. The Eagles lost against the Sailors in their previous head to head back in April of 2025, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 25-0 score last time.
