Kingsburg's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Selma Bears with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Vikings as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Kingsburg never let Selma on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-22, 25-16.

Emma Murgia paced Kingsburg's offense, picking up 16 kills. Murgia got some help from Maddie Ekizian and her 26 assists. Ekizian also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Averie Croissant, each putting up four.
