Basketball Recap: Glen Rose Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mineral Wells last Saturday, Glen Rose came back down to earth. The Glen Rose Tigers fell to the Brock Eagles 52-48. The Tigers have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Glen Rose's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Brock, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-8.

Glen Rose will take on Stephenville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Stephenville's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Brock, they will challenge Brownwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Brock is facing Brownwood at the right time seeing as Brownwood is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
