Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View Prep vs. Broome

Mountain View Prep is 0-3 against Broome since April of 2025 but things could change on Friday. The Stars will take on the Centurions at 7:00 p.m. Mountain View Prep has given up an average of 6.1 goals per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Mountain View Prep fell victim to Woodruff and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Wolverines. While losing is never fun, Mountain View Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 209th, while Woodruff are ranked 63rd).

Meanwhile, Broome didn't have quite enough to beat Greer Middle College on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Broome's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Mountain View Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
