Cardinal Gibbons better keep an eye on Molly Zuburg. She was instrumental in Leesville Road's win, going 8-for-15 to rack up 22 points in addition to eight assists and seven steals. Leesville Road has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.4 points over those games. As for Cardinal Gibbons, their record now sits at 9-14.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Cardinal Gibbons has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 25.7 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Leesville Road struggles in that department as they've been averaging 25.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
