Softball Recap: Westminster School Comes Up Short

Westminster School fell victim to Kingswood Oxford and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wyverns, falling 6-0. If the Martlets were looking for revenge after losing 5-3 to the Wyverns when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Westminster School and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Kingswood Oxford, their record now sits at 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westminster School will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cushing Academy at 3:30 p.m. on May 3. As for Kingswood Oxford, they will face off against Cheshire Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
