Basketball Game Preview: Mynderse Academy Blue Devils vs. Wayne Eagles

Mynderse Academy is 1-9 against Wayne since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Mynderse Academy Blue Devils will host the Wayne Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Mynderse Academy is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home last Wednesday. They blew past Bloomfield 73-39.

Meanwhile, Wayne didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Bishop Kearney on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 58-54 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Mynderse Academy came up short against Wayne in their previous matchup back in January, falling 55-44. Can Mynderse Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
