Edgewood and Reedsburg are an even 4-4 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Crusaders will welcome the Beavers at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Edgewood is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They fell just short of Prospect by a score of 4-2 back in March.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Reedsburg's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mount Horeb.

Kylee Molitor was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Molitor is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Ava Van Coulter also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Edgewood skirted past Reedsburg 6-4 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Do the Crusaders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Beavers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
