Matt Lowe put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Thursday. He struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits. He has become a key player for Mount Everett Regional: the team is 5-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-5 otherwise.
