Central came tearing into Monday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.7 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 80-62 victory over the Agawam Brownies. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Golden Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Central pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.3 points over those games. As for Agawam, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5.
