Baseball Recap: South Greene Comes Up Short

South Greene was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to the Johnson County Longhorns. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rebels have suffered against the Longhorns since April 19, 2022.

South Greene's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Johnson County, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

While South Greene had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
