Basketball Recap: McGraw Takes a Loss

McGraw lost against Otselic Valley back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The McGraw Eagles fell 59-48 to the Otselic Valley Vikings. The Eagles' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row dating back to last season.

McGraw's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Otselic Valley, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McGraw will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Cortland at 6:45 p.m. on December 27th. Cortland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.5 points per game this season. As for Otselic Valley, they will head out on the road to challenge Fabius Pompey at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th. Otselic Valley is facing Fabius Pompey at the right time seeing as Fabius Pompey is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
