The Citrus Hurricanes will venture away from home to take on the Pasco Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Citrus is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Citrus fell victim to Crystal River and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates. The Hurricanes have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Citrus saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Briahna Greaux, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pasco). They were the clear victors by an 18-2 margin over Anclote on Monday. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Pasco's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Citrus, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Citrus took their win against Pasco in their previous meeting back in February by a conclusive 13-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hurricanes since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
