Basketball Recap: Port Barre Comes Up Short at Home Against Livonia

Port Barre unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were beaten by the Livonia Wildcats 59-12 on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port Barre will welcome Ascension Episcopal at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Livonia, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Istrouma at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
