Basketball Recap: Eldorado Falls Despite Big Games from Jake Phelps and Drayson Grathler

Eldorado and Hamilton County squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Eldorado had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hamilton County Foxes, falling 62-37. The Eagles have struggled against the Foxes recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Eldorado's loss came despite strong showings from Drayson Grathler and Jake Phelps. Grathler posted 14 points, while Phelps put up 15 points and five boards. The matchup was Phelps' third in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddex Rash, who had six points and five rebounds.

Eldorado's defeat dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Hamilton County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-9.

As of now, neither Eldorado nor Hamilton County have any future games scheduled.
