Basketball Recap: Sandwich Comes Up Short

Sandwich suffered their biggest loss since December 6, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 54-28 to the Woodstock Blue Streaks. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Streaks earlier this season, when they won 42-36.

Sandwich has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season. As for Woodstock, the victory got them back to even at 13-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sandwich will welcome Woodstock North at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Woodstock, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Johnsburg at 7:00 p.m.
