Passers beware: Cole Beyer came down with his first-ever interception on Saturday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made four total tackles which he returned one-yard for a touchdown, helping propel Valor Christian past Faith Lutheran by a score of 49-21. We hope Saturday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Beyer and Valor Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mullen at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
