The Western Christian Fighting Lancers will take on the Trinity Classical Academy Knights at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.
Western Christian took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Entrepreneur get on the board and left with a 13-0 win.

Will Stradley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Stradley was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs.
In other batting news, James Mack was a standout: he scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Reece Peters was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.
Western Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .552. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Entrepreneur only posted an OBP of .235.
Meanwhile, Trinity Classical Academy got the win against Canyon on Thursday by a conclusive 8-0. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won three matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.
Canyon's batters probably weren't too happy with Andrew Carlson, who pitched a no hitter and racked up ten Ks (he gave up zero walks). Carlson has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Luke Backes, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Quinn Minyard, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.
Western Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Trinity Classical Academy, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Western Christian has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 6.7 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Trinity Classical Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 10 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
