Softball Recap: Abingdon/Avon's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

Abingdon/Avon blew ROWVA/Williamsfield out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday ROWVA/Williamsfield got their revenge. The Tornadoes fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Tornadoes have suffered since May 17, 2024.

Addy Onion spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on nine hits.
