Basketball Recap: Falfurrias Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

On Tuesday, the Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys lost to the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Bears at home by a 74-59 margin. The Fightin' Jerseys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Falfurrias' defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-6. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-12.

Falfurrias and Santa Gertrudis Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo, they will be taking part in a tournament against McMullen County at 3:30 p.m. on December 27th.
