Stanton came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bridget Marotz paced Stanton's offense, picking up 13 kills. Marotz got some help from Bergan Pohlman and her 24 assists. Pohlman also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Rylan Hansen, each putting up two.

Stanton's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Bancroft-Rosalie, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-14.

Stanton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Lutheran-Northeast on the 13th. Bancroft-Rosalie has also already played their next matchup (against North Bend Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
