The McEwen Warriors will take on the Dyersburg Trojans at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. McEwen is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.

McEwen is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 15 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against East Hickman County on Thursday. They lost 8-1 to the Eagles. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Dyersburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Halls a 10-0 shutout on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

McEwen moved to 3-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
