Celeb Dunlap commands the offense for a Ravens win

Recap: California City Ravens vs. Desert Scorpions
The California City Ravens came tearing into Tuesday's game with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 67-49 win over Desert. California City's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead California City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Celeb Dunlap, who scored nine points along with six assists and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. Darrius Brown was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with three steals.
California City's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Desert, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. California City will square off against Frazier Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Desert, they will head out on the road to face off against Kern Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Kern Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 last Friday.
