Football Recap: Northmont Falls to Lebanon in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Northmont unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 21-3 fall against the Lebanon Warriors on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Bryce Staggs threw for 99 yards on ten of 17 attempts. Jaydan Smith was his top target, picking up 31 receiving yards. On the ground, Quinten Churchman rushed for 68 yards.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northmont will welcome La Salle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lebanon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Loveland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season.
