Basketball Recap: California School for the Deaf Takes a Loss

California School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs 79-46. The Eagles lost against the Cubs in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 48-40 score last time.

California School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

California School for the Deaf is taking a road trip to take on Fremont Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. California School for the Deaf is facing Fremont Christian at the right time seeing as Fremont Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, they will be home for the holidays to greet California Military Institute at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
