Softball Recap: Southside Seahawks vs. Lejeune Devil Pups

Southside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell just short of the Lejeune Devil Pups by a score of 8-7. Southside was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lejeune apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

Southside's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Lejeune, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.
