            Baseball Preview: Shikellamy Braves vs. Milton Black Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            The Shikellamy Braves will head out to  face off against the Milton Black Panthers  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. Milton took a loss in their last  contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Shikellamy, who comes in off a win.
Shikellamy will roll into the  match after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any  runs  on Monday, then bounced right back against Shamokin Area  on Wednesday. The Braves blew past the Indians 11-5. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Braves as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
 Chayse Snyder made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He also  tossed a  walk, which is notable because Shikellamy is 2-1 when he allows at  most  one  walk, but 1-10 otherwise. Snyder was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.

 In other batting news,  Corbin Stahl was  incredible,  going 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high.  Nate Strausser also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  runs of the season.
 Meanwhile, Milton was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight  loss. They came up short against  Montoursville, falling  15-0.
 Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Shikellamy, their record is now 3-11.
