Soccer Recap: Rockford Auburn Comes Up Short

Rockford Auburn lost against Guilford back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights fell 3-1 to the Vikings. Rockford Auburn have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Lucille Neuses, who's now up to six this season.

Rockford Auburn's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Guilford, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-5.

Coming up, Rockford Auburn will challenge Cristo Rey Jesuit at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Guilford, they are taking a road trip to square off against Woodstock North at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
