Union is 9-1 against Rolla since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Wildcats will look to defend their home pitch against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Union took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let St. James get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Union haven't had any issues with St. James recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Rolla came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 2-0.

Rolla pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Union, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Everything went Union's way against Rolla in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Union made off with a 4-0 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
