After a string of four wins, Fellowship Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blessed Trinity Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Paladins of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

While Fellowship Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-16.

Despite the loss, Fellowship Christian still got an impressive performance from Ella Hasner, who had nine digs and two aces.

Fellowship Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 27-9. As for Blessed Trinity, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.

Fellowship Christian will face off against Wesleyan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blessed Trinity, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Woodward Academy on the 25th.
