Softball Recap: Providence Christian Takes a Loss

Providence Christian and Wicksburg squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Providence Christian had to settle for second. They lost 11-0 to the Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-0 defeat on Monday.

Providence Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-18-1. As for Wicksburg, they pushed their record up to 42-7 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Providence Christian has already played their next match, a 12-2 victory against Slocomb on the 29th. Wicksburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
