Dardanelle has gone a perfect 5-0 against Danville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Dardanelle will square off against Danville at 7:00 p.m.

Dardanelle is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Morrilton, who was ranked 16th at the time (Dardanelle was ranked ninth). Neither Dardanelle nor Morrilton could gain the upper hand last Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Dardanelle's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Danville played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Subiaco Academy. That draw made it three straight for Danville.

With that draw, Dardanelle's record moves to 6-1-1. Meanwhile, Danville's record is now 2-2-3.

Everything went Dardanelle's way against Danville when the teams last played back in March of 2023, as Dardanelle made off with a 6-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dardanelle since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
