Monahan made her presence known in Mercer Island's 75-27 win
Caitlin Monahan produced her most outstanding game to date while leading Mercer Island to the win on Friday. Monahan shot 7-for-13 from downtown and almost dropped a triple-double on 42 points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals, making the game her highest-scoring to date.
Monahan and Mercer Island will head out on the road to square off against Juanita at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Mercer Island got just the result they wanted when they last faced Juanita, probably because Monahan had a great game then too: she dropped a double-double on 25 points and 14 rebounds.
