Volleyball Recap: Community Christian Academy Falls to Appling Christian Academy in First Game of Season

Community Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Appling Christian Academy on Monday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-3, 25-3.

Appling Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Landry Boyett out in front who had ten aces. Another player making a difference was Brailey Hulett, who had ten aces.

Appling Christian Academy's record is now 3-1.

Looking ahead, Appling Christian Academy will challenge Victory Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on the 26th. Community Christian Academy will be paying especially close attention to Appling Christian Academy's matchup: after Appling Christian Academy faces off against Victory Christian Academy, they'll take on Community Christian Academy again on the 28th.
