London won against Lytle last Saturday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The London Pirates blew past the Goliad Tigers 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

London has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. The defeat snapped Goliad's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-5 record.

London has already played their next game, a 7-6 loss against Sinton on the 15th. As for Goliad, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Cuero on the 17th.
