Mississinewa typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Blackford proved too difficult a challenge. They snuck past the Indians with a 39-33 victory.
Sydnee Morris continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 12 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Gephart, who scored five points along with two steals.
Anderson Prep Academy bumped their record down to 9-8 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Blackford, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which lines up perfectly with their 15-5 record this season.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Anderson Prep Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 30.5 rebounds per game.
