The Hebron Hawks will venture away from home to  take on the Lewisville Farmers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Lewisville took a loss in their last  matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Hebron, who comes in off a win.
Hebron took a loss when they played away from home  two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They breezed past Little Elm to the tune of  40-13. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Hawks' considerable advantage  in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Lobos are ranked 424th).
 On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Hebron's defense and their four sacks. In that department,  Cortland Witkoff was the leader with two.  Michael Carney was another major factor on D,  picking up  a  sack and making nine total tackles.
Meanwhile, Lewisville ended up a good deal behind Coppell on Friday and lost  41-23. The  contest marked the Farmers' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 Hebron will have to contain  Derrick 'Dj' Martin Iii as he made an impact in Lewisville's last game. He picked up 61 receiving yards and one  touchdown, and also rushed for 39 yards.
 Hebron's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Lewisville, their  loss was their first of the  season and  makes their record 6-1.
 Hebron might still be hurting after the  39-14 defeat they got from Lewisville  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024. That  matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Hawks were down  36-0.
