Connell is a perfect 7-0 against Granger since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will face off against the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Connell has three straight wins, Granger has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Connell and La Salle had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Eagles blew past the Lightning 7-0 last Friday. The game marked Connell's most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Granger's offense. They came up short against Cashmere on Friday, falling 4-0.

Connell pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for Granger, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Connell skirted past Granger 1-0 when the teams last played back in April of 2021. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
