The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Conquistadors came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Bobcats are ranked 151st).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Calvary Temple). They strolled past Evergreen Christian with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 57-38. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Calvary Temple as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Seton's loss dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Calvary Temple, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Everything came up roses for Seton against Calvary Temple in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 56-23 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Seton since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
