Baseball Recap: Warren County Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Warren County's offense. They came up short against the Vance Charter Knights on Friday, falling 8-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Vance Charter, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Warren County has already played their next game, a 17-2 victory against North Edgecombe on the 10th. As for Vance Charter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-2 loss against Voyager Academy on the 8th.
