Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Christian Community). They came out on top against South Haven Christian by a score of 63-54 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Colts: when they faced off against South Haven Christian back in December of 2024, they had to take a 55-50 defeat.

Despite the loss, South Haven Christian still got an impressive performance from Jared White, who went 8 of 19 on his way to 22 points and five rebounds. That was a full 40.7% of South Haven Christian's points, marking the third time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. Aiden Hampton was another key player, going 5 for 10 en route to 10 points and five boards.

Christian Community's victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for South Haven Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-7.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Highland Rim Academy the next time they take the court. South Haven Christian will host Highland Rim Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Christian Community will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
