Football Recap: West Florence Wins Going Away Against Blythewood

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sumter, West Florence was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Blythewood Bengals with points to spare, taking the game 21-7. The Knights pushed the score to 21-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bengals cut but never quite recovered from.

West Florence's record is now 3-4. As for Blythewood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Coming up, West Florence will face off against Ridge View at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Blazers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Blythewood, they will challenge Sumter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bengals will need to watch out since the Gamecocks have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
