It's playoff time, and Wall had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Thrall Tigers on Thursday. Considering the Hawks have won 22 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Wall got a great performance from Gage Reichenau as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. Reichenau has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Gunnar Dillard, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Hagyn Barbee was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Wall has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Thrall, their loss dropped their record down to 39-8-1.

As of now, neither Wall nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
