Basketball Recap: Brockway Comes Up Short

Brockway lost to Port Allegany back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rovers took a 40-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gators. The Rovers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brockway's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Port Allegany, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Brockway will take on Johnsonburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Port Allegany, they will venture away from home to square off against Oswayo Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
