Recap: De La Salle Cavalier vs. Phoenix Spartans
The third road match was the charm for the De La Salle Cavalier, as they earned their first road win of the season. They managed a 52-47 victory over Phoenix on Friday. This was payback for De La Salle, who suffered a 38-35 loss the last time these two teams met.
Phoenix's loss came despite strong showings from Da'cora Burton and J'Via Hill. Burton scored ten points, while Hill scored 11 points.
De La Salle is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season. As for Phoenix, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-8.
