Clarke County entered their tilt with Stonewall Jackson on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Generals with a sharp 16-3 victory. Considering the Eagles have won five games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Clarke County's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Stonewall Jackson, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clarke County will face off against Madison County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Mountaineers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Stonewall Jackson, they will challenge Rappahannock County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
