North Side can bid farewell to their 14-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the North Side Steers who were credited with the win. The North Side Steers got it done in the shootout by posting seven goals to the Polytechnic Parrots's six. This was a revenge game for the Steers: when they faced off against the Parrots back in February, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

North Side's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-14-2. As for Polytechnic, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16-1 record this season.

It'll be Northside v. Southside when North Side and South Hills meet at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
